Kaitlyn Ward was born + raised in San Diego, California, and has since lived around the country + the world. Now settled in the vibrant RiNo neighborhood of Denver, Kaitlyn focuses on building genuine relationships, resulting in clients who often become lifelong friends. Known for her dedication, integrity, and personalized approach, Kaitlyn is committed to helping you find not just a house, but your perfect home.

 

Having earned her BS in Finance and MS in International Development, Kaitlyn has a diverse background that includes nonprofit management and fundraising, three years in the Peace Corps, and many years as a Transaction Manager. After overseeing hundreds of real estate transactions, Kaitlyn decided to make the jump to being a full-time NAR Member, where she gets to combine her strong organizational skills + detail-oriented personality with her desire to help + serve the people around her.

 

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Kaitlyn's bilingual capabilities allow her to connect with a broader range of clients and communities. When Kaitlyn isn’t helping folks make smooth moves + investments, you’ll find her volunteering at her kids’ schools or with various organizations, serving on one of her boards/committees, or coaching one of her kids’ sports teams.
